An original receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened and may only be exchangeable. Other restrictions may apply.
If you do not have an original receipt for your purchase, our store may be able to verify purchases made on a credit or debit card, check or Gift Card using our Refund Look-up system. However, certain restrictions may apply.
Store refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase:
Credit Card Purchases: refund will be credited to the original credit card.
Gift Card Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
Gift Recipients: refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card up to 10 days after original purchase or as cash back.
Shipping/Handling: Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded at the store. If the return is a result of our error, use the Online Returns Center to return the item to for a complete refund. Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Discounts and Promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
